Fitness Sales Associate – HOTWORX Woodbury

Exciting, Unique and Fun Opportunity!

$18.00- $30.00 hr includes commissions/Bonus plus membership

Sales Associate - Are you an Ambitious salesperson? Passionate? Go-Getter? Do you love to create social media content? If you answered yes, then HOTWORX Woodbury is looking for you! Hourly pay with generous commissions from multiple sources!

HOTWORX - 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio offers the first ever implementation of 3-dimensional training. We combine Heat (dimension 1), Infrared Energy (dimension 2) & Exercise (dimension 3) to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access to virtual workouts ranging from Hot Yoga to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, and more. Our exclusive workouts are done inside the HOTWORX sauna and are led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members more Workout in Less Time!

We have an immediate need for Sales Associates in our innovative and exciting fitness studio. Our ideal candidate(s) will have previous commission-based sales experience and thrive in a customer service environment. They will be motivated to inspire others to live healthier lifestyles. As a HOTWORX Sales Associate you will be responsible for both inside and outside sales; new membership sales, retaining and growing our membership base by generating and following through on leads, community outreach to increase brand awareness, and attract new leads, retail sales, and ongoing customer service and member engagement.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive new membership sales through in-studio engagement and outreach
  • Conduct studio tours and introduce guests to HOTWORX workouts and membership options
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, and messaging to convert prospects
  • Build relationships with members to support retention and ongoing engagement
  • Participate in local outreach and community / business development events (B2B)
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and high-energy studio environment
  • Assist with retail sales and membership upgrades
  • Support light social media content creation to promote the studio


What We are Looking For:

  • Strong sales mindset (commission-based or quota experience preferred)
  • Comfortable engaging with new people and closing in-person sales
  • High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to manage follow-ups and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in fitness, wellness, or active lifestyle environments
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached in a performance-driven role


Compensation & Perks:

  • $18.00–$30.00 per hour (base + commissions + performance bonuses)
